The name, "Systems, Solutions, and Services", was chosen to reflect the focus of our business. Our goal is to combine appropriate Systems with superior Services to provide real Solutions to business problems and challenges.
Systems, Solutions, and Services, Inc., or SSSi, is a computer, networking, software development, systems adminstration, and consulting company serving the middle Georgia area.
SSSi has been in business since 1996 and brings over 20 years of technology expertise to the table to help you and your business derive benefit from your technology investment. Our focus is on appropriate solutions to business problems, not on technology for the sake of technology.
We have extensive experience with computers, networks and the Internet, including Microsoft Windows® desktop and server operating systems and application software as well as in Linux and BSD Unix operating systems and server software.
Our skill set includes computer service, network design and support, and custom programming solutions including database development and web programming.
We are an on-site service company. We go to our clients location so that there is minimal disruption of their business.
SSSi works with businesses by first understanding the needs and then determining an appropriate solution. Sometimes, all that is needed is the reconfiguration or repair of what is already in place. In some cases, we use the tools that are already there in a new way. We may determine that new or additional technology tools are needed to create the solution. In all of these instances, SSSi is positioned to provide the appropriate technology to our clients.

We are both an authorized Microsoft® and Intel® Original Equipment Manufacturer and offer "built to order" microcomputer systems as well as computers from Dell(tm), Acer and other providers. Although we no longer stock many of these items, they are readily available from our distributors and can be had quickly.
SSSI can generally correct any computer hardware problem you experience. We will candidly tell you if a repair is not cost effective. With the continuing decline in hardware costs, this is increasingly the case. If new hardware is the reasonable choice, we can provide that and can assist you in migrating your information to a new system.
Our experience shows that the most common problem with computers today is infection with viruses and spyware, aka "malware". We provide instructions for removal of most infections. For those customers unwilling or unable to perform malware removal, we provide virus/spyware removal service and an on-site virus/spyware preventive maintenance service to reduce the potential for expensive downtime from infection.

With over 20 years experience in networking, the staff at SSSI can support your interconnection needs, including LAN, WAN, VLAN and VPN configurations. We routinely utilize these technologies ourselves and stay on top of the new developments in this area. We manage Windows, Linux and BSD servers to keep them up to date. We provide systems adminstration including user and security management, local and remote backup solutions, and operating system upgrades and patch maintenance.
If you need the computers in your office to communicate with each other and share files and printers, SSSi can help. If you need to tie different locations together as if they were on the same site, SSSi can help. If you need to remotely access and control the computer systems at your office, SSSi can help.
SSSi offers web hosting and email solutions. We also develop websites and provide custom programming for dynamic content. Whether you are looking for a simple billboard site to start, a dynamic site with multiple features, or an eCommerce site, SSSi is equipped and capable of providing the solution.
SSSi provides custom programming and software integration services. We have internal expertise as well as external resources for specialized needs. We have implmenented a number of solutions for commercial clients, including a web based timesheet application for a 40+ location client and a SOAP interface to link a shipper with a transportation company. We are actively engaged in other projects, designed to bring business value to our clients.
Our preferred development environments are Java® and PHP® for application and server side programming. We utilize various backend database software, including MS SQL®, PostgreSQL®, and MySQL®. Other database software can be used if your business needs require it.
If you have special business needs that are not being met by currently available software, SSSi will work with you to determine how best to achieve your business goal. If custom programming is the best solution, SSSi can support you on the Windows<tm>, Linux, Unix, and AS-400 platforms.

If you do not already have a password, you can get one by clicking the link "request an account" on the login page.
There are many advantages to the helpdesk, including being able to enter a support request without having to get someone on the phone. When you enter a work request, an email and cell phone text message are sent to the SSSi staff, notifying them of the new request. You can track the status and progress of your work request at any time. You can add information to the request when more detail is needed. When SSSi completes the request, you receive an email notification and can verify that the work was done to your satisfaction. We believe that the helpdesk is a valuable tool for our clients and are pleased to be able to offer the service.
